Our Christmas Show

We are very excited to welcome you to our Christmas Show tomorrow (15th December) in the Community Centre.  The night will begin with a presentation of donations to the Dundalk Soup Kitchen, with a guest from Dundalk Soup Kitchen to accept the food parcels.  Next will be our Christmas play, followed by a raffle (see prizes below), a short tin whistle recital with Lisa Knox-Kelly's group, and finally some Christmas carols to send us on our way.  We hope to finish some time between 7.30pm and 8pm.

Parking will be available at the Community Centre car park and at the Church car park.  The show will start at 6.30pm.  Doors will open at 6.15pm, and children can go backstage while parents take their seats.  We will be asking for donations at the door please in order to cover the cost of the sound system.

A reminder that costumes are as follows:
5th/6th: Angels
4th: Villagers
2nd: Sheep
1st: Wise men
Infants: Stars

Children should arrive dressed in their designated costumes.  Children should leave coats with their parents before joining their classmates backstage.  Please ensure that the children have been to the toilet before arriving.

Junior and Senior Infants and 1st and 2nd classes will sit with their parents after the Christmas play.

There will be a raffle held after the play.  Tickets will be sold as you take your seats and will cost €2 for one strip of tickets or 3 for €5.  The prizes are:
  • Amazon Fire Tablet
  • €50 Voucher for Callan's Bar and Restaurant
  • €50 Voucher for Omniplex Cinema
  • Jerseys and Footballs donated by Kilkerley Emmets
Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you all at the show!
