3/7/2021 0 Comments Week Starting March 8thGood Morning Everyone! Hope you all enjoyed the beautiful sunshine over the weekend. Fingers crossed we will be back in the school building soon, I’m sure like myself you will have your eyes and ears tuned in to the news this week for any developments. I know it’s difficult continuing with our remote learning but let’s keep up the great work as everything you do is preparing you for moving on to second level. Thanks for all the fantastic photos, videos, plans and reflections as part of our Engineers Week activities. We definitely have some budding engineers in the classroom. As it’s Seachtain na Gaeilge and approaching St. Patrick’s Day we will be looking at Irish culture in our lessons this week, continuing our study of the Gaelic Revival in history, learning about traditional Irish instruments and there will be a special Seachtain na Gaeilge activity on SeeSaw each day- a tongue twister for you to try and a Cé Mise game. Will you be able to figure them out? Thanks again to Fr. Brian for meeting with us on Zoom last Friday to talk about confirmation. Again anyone that was unable to join us can watch it on the link below: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crehIjVccqN We will learn more about what Fr. Brian spoke about this week, discussing confirmation names and sponsors. We will also be talking about the actual confirmation service itself. As always if you have any questions or need any extra help you can contact me on SeeSaw or my email mcondron@kilkerleyns.ie Have a great week, Mrs Murphy ![]()
