6th Class Blog
Good Morning Everybody!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend; it’s great to think that on Friday we will be on mid-term break for the whole of next week. I think after the effort you have put in since the start of January you all deserve a well earned rest!
Our timetable of work is listed below along with any PDFs needed. I hope you are enjoying our novel ‘Holes’, it’s one of my favourites when I teach sixth class.
As a nice way to finish up the half term each of the classes will be having a Zoom meeting this Friday. Ours will be at 1:30pm and we will have a quiz/scavenger hunt looking back at lots of things we’ve covered since the start of January. If you cannot make it that’s ok it’s just for fun! Just like in class there are certain rules to follow when we are having a Zoom class to make sure everyone is safe and gets the best out of it. These rules are attached below along with a letter from Mrs. Kirby, most of your parents will have received these through email already. A link to the meeting will be uploaded to SeeSaw on Tuesday and again on Thursday, if you have any questions about it just ask.
Finally, we learned a lot in our Unit on marriage in Grow in Love last week, it was a great help to me too as I will actually be getting married myself this coming Friday! From Wednesday Ms O’Donoghue will be responding to your fantastic work on SeeSaw. If you need anything you can still get in touch with her via SeeSaw or my email firstname.lastname@example.org
Have a great week and enjoy every second of your midterm break. You should be very proud of the hard work you put in the last few weeks; you have shown real maturity and dedication, well done!
